Dr. Gunter will test and interview the examinee. Following completion of the testing, Dr. Gunter will schedule a feedback session with the parents/examinee to explain the evaluation findings and recommendations. This typically occurs within five to ten business days following the completion of the examination. A comprehensive report will also be produced to the parents/examinee at that time.
Dr. Gunter is not a provider with any insurance company. At requests, Dr. Gunter will provide a superbill outlining testing procedures (i.e., CPT codes) that are relevant to the neuropsychological examination. The responsible party may be able to submit the insurance claim to their insurance company for out-of-network provider services. Please verify with your health insurance company reimbursement rates for out-of-network providers prior to beginning testing. Payment is due at the time of services. Please contact Dr. Gunter or Ms. Sakamoto with any insurance or payment related questions.
